A: All orders placed before 3:00pm (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched from us within 48 hrs, subject to stock availability and any security checks, via Royal Mail 1st Class or our couriers Initial City Link.
During peak seasonal periods some items may take longer to be delivered due to the high quantity of post at that time (Christmas, Bank Holidays etc).
All orders will be sent by our standard delivery service and should arrive with you within 3-4 days of your order being placed.
We can send items by Express Courier which if placed before 3pm and the items are in stock, can be sent overnight and be guaranteed (subject to the Courier) to get to you the next day at a charge of £4.99 (UK Mainland only and does not apply for Saturday Delivery). Please make sure you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your order.
Please note that this service is only available to orders delivered to mainland addresses and is unfortunately not available to customers not on the mainland and with the following postcode prefixes: JE, GY, ZE, BT, IM, KW, IV and HS.
Orders placed after 3:00pm during the week or at weekends are processed and dispatched the following working day.
All items must be delivered to the Card Holders Address or the Address YOU specify when ordering.
Should you have been sent the wrong item by mistake, please send it back and we will rectify the problem and cover all costs incurred and apologize for all inconvenience caused. But first email us to let us know.
#3 Q: What Do I Do If There's A Problem With My Order?
A: If you are having problems or there is a fault with the item you have purchased we need to be informed within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
All faulty goods should be returned immediately where they will be tested and you will either be given a replacement or a refund.
You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery).
But do email us before-hand for help for returning a product, after then you will be given a returns address.

A: We also take Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and American Express which you can choose from the dropdown menu during the checkout process on PayPal. You can also pay with your credit card via PayPal, as you don’t need to sign up for a free account to use the service.

A: No. You dont have to have a PayPal account, Its dosent matter.. locate where it says "Don't have a PayPal account?"
You just click continue, above the line of credit card images.. (Left hand side, near the bottom). And continue to checkout where you would be asked your details.

#9 Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: No Sorry. All of our items are only available through mail. We dont allow any collections at our depo's because of health and safety reasons.
